Arctic Shield H4 Series Jacket Review:
This jacket is a mid-weight jacket. I wouldn't call it light weight, since if the weather is above 60 degrees you will get hot. I used the jacket in temperatures ranging from 40-60 degrees and stayed rather comfortable, wearing an adequate base layer . I wouldn't recommend purchasing it if you’re planning on hunting in snow or cold weather, get a warmer, cold weather jacket.
Saying that, while using it, I enjoyed the comfort it provided. It fits loose to the body, but not too loose. around the waist there is elastic to keep it tight to you, and around the wrists it is like a neoprene material which is adjustable so you can tighten it to your wrist. It’s made of a suede material which is very soft and quiet, nice for bow-hunters or any type of hunting when the animals have to get close.
Overall I really liked the jacket and would highly recommend adding it to your hunting arsenal.
