Columbia Widgeon Shell w/Ducunder Down Jacket Review:
Waterproof, windproof and breathable. Available only in one pattern: Delta Hunter Marsh (a good pattern though, but would prefer some other options).
Ducunder and River Bend jackets zip into the Widgeon shell - I chose the Ducunder for extra warmth. Plenty of pockets and storage; self draining cargo pockets are nice in rain. Quick loader tubes are a great bonus feature - but are limited to 12 and 20 gauge shells (I often waterfowl for geese with a 10 gauge). Hood wasn't as comfortable as some others. Columbia is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned for consistent quality backed by a solid warranty and customer service. My current hunting parka is a Columbia jacket that has seen action every year since 1993 and still going strong.
A second reviewer (Kevin from LeMars, IA) commented, "This is a very nice parka! The thought that went into making this parka was outstanding. The length is just right, being able to rotate your arms with ease, and the mesh pockets, all outstanding ideas. As far as far as for weather, this parka stands up to it all, the only thing I would recommend is to get the Ducunder coat underneath (not the Riverbend liner like I did)."
