I decided to try this broadhead out this past fall and it was very successful for me. I had a 2 and a half year old buck come in and with a double lung shot the deer ran about 45 yards. Even though I shot it in the rain there was still a visible blood trail on the ground 20 minutes after the shot, making for a very easy recovery. I shot the same broadhead into a Block Target once and I didn't notice any dulling of the blades.
For $23 I am very satisfied with these broadheads and very happy with my purchase.
The major difference between these MX-3's and the regular Muzzy 100 grain head is that the cutting diameter is 1/16" wider, making a slightly bigger hole into your animal. Also it is a slightly shorter profile.
