I was originally introduced to this call on a guided hunt. The guide was a grandson of one of the founders of the Lynch turkey call company and boy was he good. He could make perfect calls and his general "distance" call sounded the same as mine and everyone else’s. When turkeys were closer, his purrs and clucks were amazing with this call. Since then I have used this call nearly exclusively for my turkey hunting. I have been the caller for many of my friends and this call has never failed me. I have used other calls and had turkeys hung up at 50 or 100 yards. I have switched over to this call and brought them in. When I leave on a turkey hunt, this call and my mouth call are the two calls I make sure I have. I think that is an indication of how well I like this box call.
